Ever since that eclipse I've felt a bit off. Or was it Mercury being in retrograde? Or maybe it's because my desk isn't a flurry of papers and the house is clean, and my schedule is more manageable? Either way, I've dropped the price of my pretty little renovation in the charming Willo Historic Neighborhood by an insane amount. You can now call this COMPLETELY updated, 2,200 SF home with 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, AND a 2-car garage... on a large corner home for less per square foot than you'll find a fixer upper in the neighborhood. Crazy, right? I'm ready for the chaos to ensue, and I'm ready for the next project to start!
Willo Historic Neighborhood is admittedly my favorite -- it's where I moved when I relocated to Phoenix. It's a charming neighborhood, with quiet streets, different architecture and friendly folks walking their pups. In the cooler months we have a monthly happy hour, there are events for the kids in the neighborhood (snow in December IN Phoenix??) and we have the best Home Tour around!
